Application procedure

We are happy to welcome the students from our partner institutions!

If you decide to study at our institution in one of the programme please follow our application procedure:

• The coordinator from your home institution must formally inform us that you were selected for an Erasmus exchange study.
• Fill in and send the Application form with your photo. Deadline for sending the application is 1st June for winter semester and 1 December for summer semester.
• Make a course selection from the list of courses -> Courses in English. Fill in the Learning agreement for studies. You can choose courses from all study programmes. In case of traineeship fill in the Learning agreement for traineeships. Learnig Agreement for Studies/Traineeship can be downloaded here.
• Fill in and send the Arrival form 1 month before your arrival to Jihlava. We recommend to come a few days before the semester beginning.

Please NOTE that all forms should be filled in electronically.
