The Diploma Supplement

The Diploma Supplement (DS) is a document issued in a widely spoken European language, given automatically and free of charge to every student upon graduation from the bachelor´s study.

The College of Polytechnics Jihlava has been providing the Diploma Supplement since academic year 2007/2008.

This Diploma Supplement follows the model developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO / CEPES.

The purpose of the Diploma supplement is to provide sufficient independent data to improve the international ‘transparency’ and fair academic and professional recognition of qualifications (diplomas, degrees, certificates etc.).

The Diploma Supplement includes the list of all the examinations taken and the achieved grades, succesfully completed courses with the respective number of credits and grades according to the ECTS.

The Diploma supplement covers information on the national tertiary educational system in the Czech Republic.
