LOGOS POLYTECHNIKOS is an academic reviewed journal serving for publishing activities of the academic staff of College of Polytechnics Jihlava and other colleges, universities and research organisations. It is included in European Reference Index for the Humanities and the Social Sciences - ERIH PLUS.

The journal was published four times a year from 2010 to 2018 in both paper and electronic form. Since 2019 the journal has been published three times a year electronically. The editorial board of the journal consists of both internal and external experts. The position of the chief editor is held by the vice-rector for creative and project activities of College of Polytechnics Jihlava. The positions of editors of individual issues belong to the heads of departments of College of Polytechnics Jihlava. All published contributions go through a review process and are thoroughly edited.

The thematic and content focus of the journal reflects the needs of degree programme departments of College of Polytechnics Jihlava. Under the editor’s permission, the departments can provide publication space also to experts who are not employed at College of Polytechnics Jihlava.

In the journal, academic articles, treatises, survey studies, reviews and other types of scientific contributions can be published in the Czech, Slovak and English language. Contributions thematically corresponding to the journal focus and formally adapted to the editorial template will be accepted for the review process.

Deadlines for submitting articles:

• 1/2023 – healthcare, midwifery and other medical branches (31 December 2022)
• 2/2023 – healthcare, midwifery and other medical branches, sociology, sport, psychology, social work (30 April 2023)
• 3/2023 – economy, management, marketing, statistics, operational research, financial mathematics, insurance industry, tourism, regional development, public administration (31 August 2023)

If the number of submitted articles exceeds the capacity of the issue, the reception of articles will be terminated before the given deadline.
